Adam Rattai leads our construction team, overseeing all phases of the building process while maintaining the exceptional quality Voigt Brothers is known for. Adam began his career with the company in its early years, working in the field and developing his skills in carpentry and all aspects of residential construction. He has been with VBC for over 20 years and has continued to grow with the company, earning his role as a trusted leader on every project.

James is our hardworking Structural Field Manager. A valued member of the VBC team since 2016, James brings extensive expertise in project management, field coordination and overseeing the structural phase of each project. With over 10 years of experience, his dedication, leadership and attention to detail help ensure every home is built to the highest standards.

Kalen is one of our dedicated Senior Superintendents. A valued member of the Voigt Brothers team since 2015, Kalen has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in managing projects in the field. With over 10 years of experience, his commitment to quality and attention to detail help ensure every home is built to the highest standards. Outside of work, Kalen enjoys camping, playing basketball and spending time with his family and friends.

Beginning his career with VBC in 2015, Corey has grown into one of our trusted Senior Superintendents. His hands-on carpentry experience with VBC in his early days provides a strong foundation for managing projects with precision and care. Along with his commitment to quality, Corey is known for his ability to build lasting relationships with homeowners, trade partners and team members throughout every stage of the construction process.

Clayton is one of our outstanding Superintendents. A graduate of the University of Iowa, Clayton has been a valued member of the Voigt Brothers team since 2022. His dedication to every project, strong work ethic and positive attitude make him an essential part of our team. Known for keeping everyone laughing, Clayton brings both professionalism and personality to every jobsite.

Tommy is one of our dedicated Superintendents. Born and raised in Sarasota, Tommy brings strong local roots and a passion for excellence to every project. He had a successful collegiate lacrosse career while earning his degree from Colorado State University and joined the VBC team shortly after graduating in 2021. Tommy's dedication and leadership make him a valued member of our team and a trusted resource on every jobsite.

Zander is one of our hardworking Superintendents. After earning his degree from Florida State University, Zander joined us in early 2025 following several years with another home builder in the area. He brings a caring and ambitious approach to each of his projects.

Jeff is our dedicated Warranty Coordinator. He has over 30 years of experience in the plumbing industry on Florida's west coast, including work on many of our prior projects. Jeff makes sure our completed homes continue operating smoothly and helps homeowners with the details that arise after handover.

Michael is one of our Assistant Superintendents, working daily alongside our Superintendents. He supports daily field operations and communicates with the different subcontractors who bring each project together.

Zak is one of our Assistant Superintendents, working daily alongside our Superintendents. He supports daily field operations and communicates with the various subcontractors on our jobsites.

Chip has been part of our team for over five years and assists with site maintenance. He does an amazing job of making sure our jobsites are kept up to standard throughout the construction process.

Born and raised in Sarasota, Mandy earned her degree from Florida State University and worked in both education and ministry before joining the team in 2020. Mandy manages office operations and ensures the company's day-to-day business functions run smoothly. With a passion for VBC and a dedication to her work, Mandy is a crucial part of our team.

Paul is our in-office Construction Coordinator and rejoined the VBC team in 2024. Paul worked for VBC in its early days before pursuing a career in education, where he spent more than a decade building strong organizational and communication skills. He helps ensure our projects stay on schedule and align with each client's budget, playing an important role in keeping construction operations on track.

Maddie has been a valued member of the VBC team for over five years. Born and raised in Sarasota, Maddie works alongside Mandy in managing accounting and assisting with various administrative responsibilities. With a passion for Voigt Brothers Construction, she plays an important role in keeping the office running smoothly day in and day out.

Jamie has been a valued member of the VBC team for over five years. Throughout the construction process, she works closely with both our Superintendents and homeowners. Jamie coordinates purchasing through our vendors and subcontractors, helping maintain communication and project timelines during construction. Her dedication and organization make her an essential part of the VBC team.

Katie is our friendly Receptionist and plays an important role in assisting with permitting for our projects. She also works alongside Mandy and Maddie, supporting various administrative responsibilities. Katie's organization, dependability and positive attitude make her a valuable part of the VBC team.

Sean is our Construction Coordination Assistant. He works with Paul to help ensure our projects stay on schedule and align with each client's budget. From the office, Sean also supports our Superintendents in the field in a variety of ways, making him a great asset to the team.

Cathryn is our Interior Design Assistant. She earned her degree in Interior Design from Liberty University and works alongside Mindy to assist with the company's interior design services. Cathryn enjoys creating beautiful spaces that feel uniquely tailored to each client's home.
