For more than twenty-five years we have built modern, ground-up custom homes for families on Florida’s Gulf Coast — from Sarasota’s barrier islands to Anna Maria Island and beyond.
Our specialty is new construction: waterfront estates, coastal modern residences, and large-scale custom homes. We do not do repairs or small remodels — only the kind of project that begins with a parcel of land and ends with a finished home and a family in it.

When we’re sitting down with a client for the first time, our job is to listen. Having our last name on our trucks, building in a town that I grew up in and was born in, for me the process really boils down to starting with that first dream about what’s possible, fast-forwarding to the end where you’re moving into your dream home. We just really enjoy the opportunity to be your advocate and bring that dream to life.

How a Voigt home gets built.
Building a custom home has a lot of moving parts. Here is how we keep it manageable, from first conversation through key handover.
First conversation
We ask about your vision, your site, your timeline, and your budget. If we are a good fit, we schedule a site visit.
Intro

Design & pre-construction
Working alongside your architect and designer — or ours — we develop plans, a realistic budget, and a construction schedule before ground breaks.
Design

We handle all permits and regulatory approvals across Sarasota and Manatee Counties.

One dedicated project manager and superintendent on your home from start to finish. Regular updates throughout.
